Our First House!

We just had an offer on a house accepted and cannot wait to move in! We will be closing at the end of June, which only gives us a few weeks to pack. We ended up only viewing a few houses after being pre-approved, but we had been "online shopping" for quite a while. We knew exactly what we wanted in a house, so of course we knew this was "the one." It's I the exact location we wanted, which happens to be in town but very close to our favorite park (3 blocks away). The whole house has been re-done due to an investor picking up the house, which includes a brand new kitchen, floors, bathroom and more. It has a basement..not yet finished, but perfect to store things and enough room to have a playroom or extra guest room.. The house is 2 levels (plus basement) with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath (plus an extra toilet in the basement). The only downfall is the lack of dishwasher, but we decided that is okay if it is the only thing we have to sacrifice. :)
